DAMAGED

She feels her body float,
Away from her heart,
The separation,
More painful than a stab.

Resuscitation will not revive it,
Electric shock will not start it,
Slowly the life,
Slips away.

So many scars,
It had to endure,
All this,
Brought it to it's knees.

The last day,
It's last breath,
Never,
Will it live again.
